A guide to revision with quizzes
Six simple steps to use Sambung Ayat as your daily revision companion.
-
1. Start small
Pick one juz or one short surah, for example Juz 30, and do 5 to 10 questions a day. Being consistent is more useful than an occasional long session.
-
2. Practice continuing the ayah first
The Continue the Ayah mode trains order: you must know which ayah comes next, not just recognize how it sounds.
-
3. Move up to Hard
The answer choices are drawn from similar, nearby ayahs, so you are forced to tell them apart instead of guessing from very different shapes.
-
4. Use audio for your ears
The Identify the Ayah from Audio mode helps link sound to text. Save the audio if you want to practice without internet.
-
5. Review your weak spots
Open the History page. The surahs that most need revision appear at the top, with a Practice button on each row.
-
6. Recite to your teacher
A quiz only measures recall. The correctness of your recitation and tajweed still needs to be heard in person by a teacher (talaqqi).
